Q. What is a Runnings Charge Account? Are they just for business or can I get a personal account? Can I use it in any store? How?
A. It is a credit account with Runnings. Please see the online application for more details. Yes, Runnings Charge Accounts can be issued for business or personal use. You may use your Runnings Charge Account in any of our stores. Using the account is as simple as giving us a list of authorized signers on the account, or if you choose, we can require a PO for purchases made on the account.
Q. How can I apply for a Runnings charge account?
A. Applications are available on line by clicking here to download a form or by visiting any of our stores.
Q. How can I contact Runnings about a product or store experience?

Q. How can I apply for a position at Runnings?
A. Please see our employment section or click here to download an application. Completed applications may be delivered in person or by mail to the store location at which you are interested in applying.
Q. Why can’t I buy anything online?
A. Online shopping is currently not available.
Q. What if I want to purchase something you don’t carry in your store?
A. Running’s can special order nearly any product available from our vendors and possibly even products from vendors we don’t normally stock. For more details, please visit the Special Order - Customer Service department at any of our locations.

A. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
Q. Do you deliver? Is there a charge? How do I arrange for delivery?
