Some job duties include sales and merchandising of the Sporting Goods Department, set priorities for distribution of new merchandise, ensure adequate inventory in all areas of Sporting Goods, work closely with Retail Buyers to ensure awareness of Sporting Goods Department product needs and information, train, schedule and supervise employees, and ensure compliance with safety policies as well as State and Federal regulations.

Prior Work experience – education required includes: Two or more years of customer service experience in a retail setting, supervisory experience preferred, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and a High School Diploma or GED preferred. Job Duties include: Sales and merchandising throughout the store  with an emphasis in Sporting Goods, train, schedule and supervise employees, and ensure compliance with safety policies as well as State and Federal regulations.
