Q. Does Runnings carry guns in your stores?

A. Yes, Runnings carries top brands of guns in 19 of our 37 stores. These stores include: Glendive, MT; Brookings, SD; Milbank, SD; Mobridge, SD; Pierre, SD; Rapid City, SD; Watertown, SD; Bismarck, ND; Dickinson, ND; Austin, MN; Hutchinson, MN; Marshall, MN; Montevideo, MN; New Ulm, MN; Redwood Falls, MN; Willmar, MN; Canandaigua, NY; Gloversville, NY; and Rome, NY.

Q. Does Runnings offer a “price match” program? 

A. Yes, Runnings does offer a price match program. We match local competitive ad pricing on exact
items with proof of the competitive ad. Some exceptions may apply, see store for details.

Q. Does Runnings offer a Layaway Program?

A. Yes, Runnings does offer layaway in each of our stores. For 20% down, Runnings will hold the purchase for 90 days with no interest, no payments and no service charge. See store for details.

Q. Why can’t I buy anything online?

A. Presently we have gift cards available for purchase online.  We are currently working to create a full online shopping experience with a selection across all our product categories.  Learn more>

Q. If I order a gift card online, how will I receive it? 

A. Online gift card orders are mailed a physical gift card to the shipping address entered during checkout.  Gift cards can be sent directly to a recipient, with a note from you.  Orders are sent via USPS, and will be processed and sent the day they are received if ordered by 11am CST.  Orders are not processed on weekends or Holidays. Q. What if I want to purchase something you don’t carry in your store?

A. Runnings can special order nearly any product available from our vendors and possibly even products from vendors we don’t normally stock. For more details, please visit the Special Order – Customer Service department at any of our locations.

Q. Which credit cards do you accept?

A. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q. Do you deliver? Is there a charge? How do I arrange for delivery?
